🎓 1. ABOUT THE SERVICE
1.1. OsonTopshir helps students with their studies: it prepares material on a topic and assists with text work, lecture notes, problem solving and presentations.
1.2. What the bot produces is not a finished assignment — it is a draft. It must be studied, checked and edited where needed.
1.3. The bot does not replace a teacher, supervisor or professional. The material is not scientific, medical, legal or financial advice.
1.4. How the material is used is the user's own decision and responsibility. Complying with the institution's rules (plagiarism, AI use, independent-work requirements) rests with the user.
1.5. The service is for people aged 16 and over.
2. Your data

2.1. What we store:
• Telegram ID, name, username — to recognise your account
• Interface language
• Date of birth — optional, for the birthday gift
• Academic profile (full name, university, faculty, major, group, department, supervisor, city) — only if you enter it, for the cover page
• Order details: subject, topic, length, language
• Payment history: amount and date
• Exam schedule — only if you enter it
• Your support requests and our replies
• File identifiers of your finished documents
2.2. What we do NOT store:
❌ Card numbers, CVV, passwords, banking details
❌ Phone number, address, passport or national ID
❌ Text and images you send to the AI tools — not kept after the result is returned
❌ Your Telegram conversations
❌ Location, contacts, device data
2.3. Your data is NEVER SOLD, rented out or used for advertising.
2.4. Technical partners: Telegram (platform), OpenAI (text processing), Click/Payme (payments). Your name and Telegram ID are not sent to OpenAI — cover-page personal details are placed into the document on our own server. In the «Publish an article» service the article file and author details are passed to the partner journal's editorial office only with your separate consent for that order.
2.5. Data may be disclosed only on a lawful request from an authorised state body.
2.6. Finished documents are kept in a closed service archive so we can resend a file if you lose it.
2.7. Data is kept while your account is active. You may at any time request a copy, a correction, or full deletion of your account — completed within 7 working days.
2.8. An administrator will never ask you for a Telegram code, password or card details. If someone does, it is a scam.
3. Accepting the work and payment
⏳ 3. ACCEPTING THE WORK AND PAYMENT
3.1. Once the work is delivered you have 3 (three) calendar days to review it.
3.2. If you find a defect, write to support and be specific (which part, what is wrong). If the complaint is well-founded we fix it free of charge or refund you.
3.3. After 3 days the work is considered accepted and later claims are not reviewed.
3.4. The following are NOT defects:
✖️ entering the topic or requirements incorrectly
✖️ requirements changing after delivery
✖️ the grade given by a teacher
✖️ plagiarism/AI-detector results — we guarantee no percentage
✖️ matters of style or taste
3.5. If the work is not delivered due to a technical failure, you are refunded automatically.
3.6. Payment is upfront: you top up the balance and orders are charged from it. Each price is shown before you confirm.
3.7. Bonuses, cashback and referral funds are rewards; they cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.8. No refund is given for a change of mind after the order is completed.
4. Prohibitions and liability

4.1. Strictly prohibited:
• Copying the service's templates, generation logic, prompts, design layouts or interface and launching your own service based on them
• Reverse engineering, automated request scripts, bypassing protections
• Using someone else's account or acting on another person's behalf
• Producing unlawful or abusive material, or material infringing third-party rights
• Reselling the results commercially under your own name
4.2. WARNING. The bot's templates, generation methods, prompts and design layouts are the author's intellectual property, protected by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Copyright and Related Rights».
Copying, distributing them or launching a new service based on them without permission entails administrative and civil liability, and criminal liability where damages are substantial. If detected, the account is blocked immediately and damages are recovered through the courts.
4.3. Breaching this section blocks the account without warning; the remaining balance is not refunded.
4.4. We are not liable for the grade you receive or your institution's decision; for how the material is used; for outages of Telegram, payment systems or the internet; or for the consequences of not securing your own account. In all cases our liability is limited to the amount paid for that order.
4.5. The policy may be updated — for material changes we will ask for your consent again.
4.6. Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing which in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
